Child Safety Standards Policy for TwoTatoes

Effective Date: October 9, 2025
App/Service: TwoTatoes
Developer: TWOTATOES MY SERVICES

TWOTATOES MY SERVICES is committed to creating a safe and trustworthy environment on our mobile application, TwoTatoes (the "App"). We have a zero-tolerance policy toward the abuse and exploitation of children. This document outlines our published standards for preventing and addressing child safety issues on our platform, in full compliance with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

TwoTatoes strictly prohibits all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to, content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children, such as child grooming, sextortion, or child sex trafficking.

The minimum age to use the TwoTatoes App is 13 years old.

Any account found to be engaging in or promoting CSAE will be immediately and permanently banned and reported to the relevant authorities.

2. Standards for Addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

We maintain a zero-tolerance stance toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), which is illegal. We are committed to taking appropriate, immediate action upon discovery of CSAM:

Immediate Removal: Any content identified as CSAM will be immediately removed from the App upon obtaining actual knowledge of its existence.

Enforcement Action: The user responsible for uploading, sharing, or attempting to distribute CSAM will face immediate and permanent termination of their account.

3. Compliance with Child Safety Laws and Reporting Obligations

TWOTATOES MY SERVICES complies with all relevant regional and international child safety laws and regulations.

We have a process in place to report all confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline in the United States, as well as any other appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authority in the relevant jurisdiction.

We will cooperate fully with law enforcement in any investigation of CSAE or CSAM involving our platform.

4. In-App Mechanism for User Feedback and Reporting

TwoTatoes provides an easy-to-access in-app mechanism for users to submit feedback and report any suspicious content, behavior, or potential violations of our policies, including those related to child safety.

Users can report violations via the dedicated in-app reporting feature or by contacting us directly at hello@twotatoes.com.

All reports are reviewed promptly by a trained team.

5. Dedicated Child Safety Point of Contact

We have designated a specific point of contact to receive and manage notifications from Google Play, law enforcement, and child safety organizations regarding potential CSAE content or activity on the App.

Designated Contact Email: hello@twotatoes.com

This contact is empowered to discuss enforcement procedures and take swift, corrective action.
