Terms of Use

Version 1.0, in force from 5 October 2026.

1. Who we are

LifeHub is an app made by TwoTatoes. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean TWOTATOES MY SERVICES (003718637-V), of Lot 5644, Taman Pantai Mas, Batu 2 1/2, Jalan Seremban, 71000 Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. "You" means the person using LifeHub.

These terms are an agreement between you and us. By creating an account, or by tapping to agree when we ask, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use LifeHub.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your personal data. It forms part of these terms.

2. LifeHub is still being tested

LifeHub is in testing. Features may change, move or be removed, and things may sometimes not work as they should. We will try to warn you before a change that affects your data, but we cannot promise the app will always be available or free of errors. Please keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose; Settings lets you export your data at any time.

3. Who can use LifeHub

You must be 18 or older to create an account.

A child may use LifeHub only through a household run by their parent or guardian, who invites them as a member with limited access. The parent or guardian is responsible for the child's use of LifeHub and accepts these terms on the child's behalf.

4. Your account

  • Keep your password and any two-factor codes to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Give us an email address you can receive mail at. We use it to sign you in, to reset your password and to tell you about changes to these terms.
  • Tell us straight away at hello@twotatoes.com if you think someone else has got into your account.

5. Households

LifeHub lets you share parts of it with other people in a household.

  • Full members (an owner and a partner) see the household's money in full, including each other's expenses and the places put on them.
  • Members with limited access (a child or a housemate) see only what is shared with them.
  • If you split a bill with someone, they can see that bill, including any receipt photograph attached to it.

Before you invite someone, make sure you are happy for them to see what their role allows. When you leave a household, the household keeps its shared financial history, because it is also the other members' history. You can download your share before you leave.

6. Information about other people

You may record information about other people, for example a contact you split a bill with, or a name in a note. Only do so when you have a fair reason to, and only record what you need. Do not use LifeHub to keep records about someone in a way they would reasonably object to.

7. Your content

What you put into LifeHub stays yours: expenses, notes, photographs, health records, memories and anything else.

You give us permission to store, copy, process and display your content only as needed to run LifeHub for you and for the people you choose to share it with. This includes sending it to the service providers named in our Privacy Policy, for example to read a receipt. This permission ends when your content is deleted, except for copies we must keep by law or that sit in backups for a short time.

You must have the right to everything you upload.

8. Using LifeHub fairly

Please do not:

  • break the law, or help someone else to, using LifeHub;
  • upload anything you do not have the right to, or anything harmful, threatening, hateful or sexually explicit;
  • try to get into another person's account or household, or into parts of LifeHub you have not been given;
  • copy, take apart, overload or interfere with LifeHub, or use automated means to access it other than the connections we offer (such as Connect an AI);
  • resell or rent access to LifeHub.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to put it right.

9. Estimates, not advice

LifeHub helps you keep track. It does not give professional advice.

  • Money. Jars, budgets, balances and analytics are worked out from what you record. They are not financial, tax or investment advice, and they are only as accurate as what goes in. LifeHub is not a bank and does not hold or move money.
  • Health. Food estimates, nutrition figures, targets and trackers are general guides. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment. Speak to a qualified professional about your health.
  • Automated reading. Some features use artificial intelligence to read receipts, statements and slips, or to estimate food. These readings can be wrong. Check them before you save.

10. Connecting an AI assistant

If you connect an AI assistant through Connect an AI, it can read the parts of LifeHub you allow. That assistant is run by someone else, under their own terms and privacy policy. You choose which modules it may read and you can disconnect it at any time.

11. Plans and payments

LifeHub is currently free. Some accounts are on a plan with more allowances, called Loaded. If we start charging for a plan, we will tell you the price and the terms before you pay anything, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

12. Ending your account

You can delete your account in Settings at any time. You must leave any shared household first. For 30 days you can change your mind by signing in and tapping Reactivate. After that your account and your own data are removed for good, as the Privacy Policy describes.

We may close LifeHub, or an account, with reasonable notice. If we close LifeHub altogether, we will give you at least 30 days to export your data, unless something outside our control prevents it.

13. Our responsibility to you

We will run LifeHub with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows:

  • LifeHub is provided as it is and as available, without other promises;
  • we are not responsible for losses that come from decisions made using figures in LifeHub, from information you entered wrongly, or from a service run by someone else;
  • we are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Malaysian law that cannot be taken away by agreement, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the version number and date at the top and ask you to agree again in the app before you carry on. If you do not agree, you can export your data and delete your account.

15. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Malaysia.
